Pembina County police shooting cover-up - facts emerging

Yesterday, Write Into Action exclusively reported the official version of a police shooting in Pembina County, North Dakota is at complete odds with an eyewitness motorist that came upon the scene. READ
Such fact maniulation and public deception by law enforcement is only the beginning of what Write Into Action will be bringing forth in this case of gang land organized crime by Narcotics Task Force agents and their cohorts in North Dakota and Minnesota.
We will start with this.
On June 7, 2016 a District Court Judge in Grand Forks County, North Dakota signed a Search Warrant for a crime alleged to have occurred in Grand Forks County.
The problem is…
The alleged crime occurred in Pembina County, North Dakota.
On June 7, 2016, Special Agent Scott Kraft, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), requested a search warrant for the vehicle that Clifford Edward Monteith III was riding in the night he was shot by Pembina County Deputy Brad Bowman.
The request for the search warrant is mentioned in the BCI files and clearly states the alleged crime occurred near Neche, North Dakota, which is in Pembina County.
JUNE 7, 2016
1. Special Agent (S/A) Scott Kraft sought and obtained a search warrant for a 2007 Pontiac Torrent, bearing North Dakota license plate 912 AEH, in Grand Forks County District Court (please see Attachment #1, Search Warrant, for details). This vehicle was the vehicle driven by Rebecca Rausch at the time of the incident that occurred near Neche, North Dakota. CLIFFORD MONTEITH III was the passenger in the vehicle

But the Search Warrant is worded differently.
“As I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that the crime(s) of Assault on a Police Officer and/or Terrorizing have occurred in the County of Grand Forks, North Dakota…” the Search Warrant said.
The warrant appears to bear the signature of Judge Lolita G. Romanick.
